We had a fantastic time as winter arrived at Little Acorns Nursery....
As you know the weather never put us off going outside to play. The children had a super snowy time last week as West Lane became a Winter Wonderland.
All wrapped up in our Winter clothes, off we went, following each others footprints in the fresh falling snow.
We set about making 'Snow Bears' - Daddy, Mammy and baby of course.
We did some writing and drawing.

Some of us played 'Snowball Splat' on the blackboards.

It felt 'fluffy', 'cold' and 'tickly' on our tongues!

For those of us who stayed indoors we took a water tray full of snow back into nursery - and it lasted all day!
