Year 5/6 visit Arbeia Roman Fort

Last week, Year 5/6 travelled back to the year 160AD when they visited Arbeia Roman Fort.

Like the soldiers who would've been based at the fort, Year 5/6 battled sleet and high winds throughout the day. However this did nothing to damped their spirits and they came away enthused about their Spring term topic.
