We began the week by painting our wall red, ready for our dragon.

Red is a lucky Chinese colour and we made red money envelopes, which are given to children during celebrations.
We made a big dragon, everyone helped.

We dressed up in traditional Chinese constumes. ![]()
Don't we look fantastic!
We had a Chinese feast with Chinese apples, noodles, special rice, chicken, curry, spring rolls and prawn crackers - our favorites. Everyone tried something.

We were fantastic with our chopsticks.
We watched dancing dragon videos, then did our own Dragon Dance which was much better and more fun.
We even made our own Chinese music with drums and symbols.

Mrs. Wilcox is trying to get the video uploaded so you can see (and hear) how fantastic we were.
So Good Luck and Happy New Year of the Ox.
