Shake, shake the apple tree!

Eee, how cheeky are Reception!?
We have been inside one of our school neighbours' gardens to get a closer look of their beautiful apple tree!

Reception children have been watching a pigeon build it's nest in the big apple tree for days (The Giant's Den should be renamed 'The Crow's nest'!) We wondered about how great it would be to go inside the garden for a closer look...
We made a paper aeroplane and wrote a message on it!

And very kindly, the lady rang us up and said we could visit!

Here we are eating juicy apples straight from the tree! Dennis got the big cooking apples down using his ladder.
