Key Stage 2 Sports Day

Key stage 2 Sports Day on 8th July 2010 was a great success. All the children competed in their World Cup country teams and.......Argentina won!!!
This year (for the first time and thanks to significant "encouragement" by the pupils!!) there was a "Teacher Race"!! (Mrs Young took over the microphone for this of course)!

Mr Gormley won!

There was also a "Dad's Race" and a "Mum's Race"!!

Our thanks to all the parents and friends who attended and supported this event.
Also, thanks to all the staff for their hard work and running efforts (under the direction of Mr Innerdale of course!).

Take a look below at our fantastic storyboard of the day - you may find you are on here!

100 % Attendance Day Reward

To celebrate a full year of 100% attendance, we enjoyed a fabulous day out with our Headteacher and two governors. We went bowling at Namco Funscape, then spent some time in softplay, before going to Big Lukes for lunch. Mrs Exley even managed to get some strikes!!!

Thanks to Hayes travel for their sponsorship of this event.

Take a look at our photostory below!
